Yunshan Capital boosts stake in Shenzhen Expressway to 13%

Jiangsu Yunshan Capital Management Co., Ltd. (Yunshan Capital), a shareholder holding over 5% of Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited, has increased its stake in the company. Between September 22, 2025, and December 10, 2025, Yunshan Capital acquired an additional 25,378,000 H-shares of the company through centralized bidding via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.

This acquisition has raised Yunshan Capital's total shareholding in Shenzhen Expressway from 12.00% to 13.00% of the company's total share capital. As of December 10, 2025, Yunshan Capital directly held 329,922,461 shares, comprising 242,976,461 A-shares and 86,946,000 H-shares.

The company stated that this change in equity will not alter the controlling shareholder or actual controller of Shenzhen Expressway. The increase in stake is part of a previously disclosed shareholding increase plan and does not trigger a mandatory tender offer.
