Chongqing Three Gorges Water to hold third extraordinary general meeting

Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy & Electric Power will convene its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM in Chongqing. The meeting will address several key proposals, including revisions to the company’s Articles of Association, Shareholder Meeting Rules, Board Meeting Rules, and Independent Director Work System. Shareholders will also vote on the 2025 first three-quarter profit distribution plan.
