Bank of Communications raises registered capital by CNY 14.1 bn

Bank of Communications has announced a change in its registered capital, following the issuance of 14,101,057,578 A-share ordinary shares to specific investors. The bank applied to the National Financial Regulatory Administration for this change.

The National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the bank's request. Consequently, the bank's registered capital will increase by CNY 14,101,057,578, from the previous CNY 74,262,726,645 to CNY 88,363,784,223.

The bank will revise its Articles of Association to reflect this change, with the updated document available on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website and the bank's website. Subsequently, the bank will proceed with the necessary registration procedures for the change in registered capital.
