Datang Telecom shareholders approve auditor reappointment

Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:600198) held its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on December 10, 2025, in Beijing. A total of 833 shareholders and their proxies attended the meeting, representing 647,272,577 shares, which constitutes 49.6525% of the company's total voting shares. The meeting, presided over by chairman Mr. Liu Xin, adopted a combination of on-site and online voting.

The sole agenda item was the proposal to re-engage Da Hua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) for 2025. The resolution passed with significant shareholder support. Of the A-share votes, 645,280,517 shares, or 99.6922%, voted in favor. Opposition votes totaled 1,830,360 shares (0.2827%), with 161,700 shares (0.0251%) abstaining.

Beijing Deheng Law Firm, represented by lawyers Zheng Yunfei and Ren Shan, confirmed that the meeting's convening, procedures, and the qualifications of attendees and voters complied with relevant laws and company articles, validating the voting results.
