Beijing Airport High-Tech Park to hold EGM, propose auditor change and financial support

Beijing Airport High-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd. (Airport Development) has announced its Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for December 2025. Key agenda items include a change in the company's accounting firm. The company proposes appointing Zhengdan Zhidao (Shenzhen) Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor for 2025, replacing ZTE Finance Guanghua Certified Public Accountants. The proposed audit fee for 2025 is 970,000 yuan, an increase of 5.43% from 2024.

The meeting will also address related party transactions for 2025 and projections for 2026. For the first nine months of 2025, actual related party transactions totaled 50,703,200 yuan, which is below the projected 268,000,000 yuan. For 2026, the company forecasts total related party transactions of 291,000,000 yuan. Additionally, Airport Development plans to extend financial assistance to its controlling subsidiary, Tianyuan Construction, for 100,000,000 yuan, and to its associate, Beijing Electronic City Airport Co., Ltd., for 91,672,878.39 yuan. Both extensions are for one year with interest rates not exceeding 4.50% and 4.35%, respectively.

Another critical proposal involves providing a joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Airport Tiandi Property Management Co., Ltd., to secure a comprehensive credit line of up to 10,000,000 yuan from Industrial Bank Beijing Shunyi Sub-branch. As of October 31, 2025, the company's total outstanding financial assistance to external entities stands at 548,230,200 yuan, representing 55.29% of its net assets attributable to the parent company.
