Agricultural Bank of China announces 2025 interim cash dividend

Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) has announced its 2025 interim A-share cash dividend distribution. A cash dividend of RMB 0.1195 (including tax) per A-share will be distributed. The total cash dividend amounts to approximately RMB 418.23 bn (including tax) based on 349,983,033,873 ordinary shares, with RMB 381.50 bn allocated to A-shareholders.

The dividend distribution was approved at the bank's second extraordinary general meeting on November 28, 2025. The equity registration date for A-shareholders is December 12, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for December 15, 2025.

For individual A-share investors, preferential tax policies will apply based on the holding period, with tax rates ranging from 0% to 20%. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will have a 10% withholding tax applied, while Hong Kong Stock Connect investors will also incur a 10% withholding tax.
