This subsidy is classified as income-related and represents a significant boost, accounting for 15.69% of the company’s audited net profit attributable to shareholders for the 2024 fiscal year.

In accordance with "Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises No. 16 - Government Grants," the company will recognize this subsidy as income-related government assistance. It will be directly recorded in profit and loss or used to offset relevant costs and expenses.

This grant is expected to increase the company’s net profit attributable to shareholders by 6,850,440.00 yuan in 2025.
