Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (Fiberhome Telecom) reported significant progress in its share repurchase program as of November 30, 2025. The company has repurchased 3,098,774 A-shares through centralized bidding, representing approximately 0.24% of its total share capital. The total transaction value for these repurchases reached 74,982,678.91 yuan (excluding transaction fees), with prices ranging from 23.14 yuan per share to 26.26 yuan per share.

The share repurchase plan, initially disclosed on September 24, 2025, has a total estimated value between 75 million yuan and 150 million yuan. The repurchase period runs from October 15, 2025, to April 14, 2026. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation, thereby reducing the company's registered capital.

Fiberhome Telecom affirmed its commitment to adhering strictly to relevant regulations, and will continue to make repurchase decisions opportunistically within the stipulated period, providing timely disclosure of its progress.
