Bank of China announces new board and committee roles

Bank of China Limited has published the updated list of its board members, along with their respective roles and committee functions. The board is led by chairman Ge Haijiao, with Zhang Hui serving as vice chairman. The executive directors include Liu Jin and Cai Zhao. Non-executive directors are Zhang Yong, Huang Binghua, Liu Hui, Shi Yongyan, Lou Xiaohui, and Li Zimin. The independent non-executive directors are Jean-Louis Ekra, Giovanni Tria, Liu Xiaolei, Zhang Ran, Gao Meiyi, and Hu Zhanyun.
