Opple Lighting appoints new CFO as Zhang Xuejuan resigns

Opple Lighting Co., Ltd. announced that its chief financial officer, Zhang Xuejuan, has resigned from her position due to personal reasons, effective December 4, 2025. Zhang will no longer hold any positions within the company. Her original term was set to expire on August 8, 2027. The company expressed its gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.

Following Zhang’s departure, Opple Lighting's board of directors, during its ninth meeting of the fifth session on December 4, 2025, approved the appointment of Wang Haiyan as the new chief financial officer. Wang's term will commence immediately and will run until the expiration of the current board's term.

Wang Haiyan, born in November 1982, holds a bachelor's degree and has been with Opple Lighting since 2013. She served as head of the company's financial shared services center after previously holding roles as financial manager and senior financial manager. She currently holds 67,400 shares in the company through an equity incentive grant and has no other affiliations that would preclude her appointment.
