Jiangsu Financial Leasing announces RMB 0.13 interim cash dividend

Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co. has announced a semi-annual cash dividend of RMB 0.13 per share (including tax) for the first half of 2025. This distribution, based on the company's total share capital of 5,791,866,431 shares, will result in a total cash payout of RMB 752,942,636.03. The record date for the dividend is December 11, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date set for December 12, 2025.

The dividend plan was initially approved by shareholders at the 2024 annual general meeting on May 19, 2025, which authorized the board to determine and implement the specific 2025 interim profit distribution plan. The board formally approved the "Proposal on the 2025 Interim Profit Distribution Plan" on October 24, 2025.

For eligible shareholders, cash dividends for unrestricted circulating shares will be distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (Shanghai Branch). Major shareholders and participants in the 2019 restricted stock incentive plan will have their cash dividends directly disbursed by the company. Tax withholding for natural person shareholders and Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) will be conducted according to relevant regulations.
