Poly Developments completes share transfer, Poly Group now direct controlling shareholder

Poly Developments And Holdings Group Co. announced the completion of a gratuitous transfer of state-owned shares by its controlling shareholder, Poly Southern Group Co. Poly Southern transferred 4,511,874,673 shares, representing 37.69% of the company's total share capital, to China Poly Group Corporation Limited, the actual controller.

Following the transfer registration, China Poly Group Corporation Limited now directly holds 4,874,942,462 shares, or 40.72% of the company's total share capital, while Poly Southern Group Co. no longer holds any shares. This was confirmed by a "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter."

The company stated this transfer will not change its actual controller nor adversely affect its normal operations. Details of this transfer were previously disclosed on October 10, 2025.
