Longi Green Energy issues new guarantees worth RMB 276m to subsidiaries

Longi Green Energy Technology Co. (the "Company") and its subsidiaries recently provided new guarantees amounting to RMB 276.035 million. This includes a RMB 90 million joint liability guarantee for Xi'an Longi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co.'s bank credit line and a total of RMB 182.5053 million in bank guarantees for Longi Leaf Photovoltaic Technology Co., Baoshan Longi Silicon Materials Co., Longi Solar Poland sp. z o.o., Longi (H.K.) Trading Limited, Longi Solar France SARL, and Longi Solar Technologie GmbH for their daily operations.

As of November 30, 2025, the cumulative guarantee amount provided by the company and its subsidiaries reached RMB 24.074 billion, representing 39.53% of the company's latest audited net assets attributable to the parent company. Guarantees between the company and its consolidated subsidiaries totaled RMB 23.718 billion, while external guarantees amounted to RMB 356 million. Guarantees for entities with a debt-to-asset ratio of 70% or higher reached RMB 22.11 billion. The company reported no outstanding overdue guarantees.

These new guarantees are within the scope of the authorization approved by the company's Fifth Board of Directors' Twelfth Meeting and the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 for 2025. This authorization includes up to RMB 50 billion in new guarantees for wholly-owned subsidiaries and between wholly-owned subsidiaries, with RMB 40 billion for those with a debt-to-asset ratio above 70%, and up to RMB 2 billion for controlled subsidiaries, with RMB 1.5 billion for those with a debt-to-asset ratio above 70%.
