Jilin Forest Industry director adjusts significant share pledges

Jilin Forest Industry announced that Zhao Zhihua, a director and shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, has adjusted their share pledge status. As of the announcement date, Zhao Zhihua holds 42,246,094 shares, representing 5.91% of the company's total share capital.

The latest changes include the pledging of 9,500,000 shares, equivalent to 22.49% of Zhao Zhihua's holdings and 1.33% of the company's total share capital. Concurrently, 13,100,000 shares were released from pledge, representing 31.01% of Zhao Zhihua's holdings and 1.83% of the company's total share capital. Following these transactions, Zhao Zhihua has 23,620,000 shares remaining under pledge, accounting for 55.91% of their total holdings and 3.30% of the company's total share capital.

The company clarified that Zhao Zhihua is not a controlling shareholder or a party acting in concert with the controlling shareholder, and these share pledge adjustments will not affect the company's actual control or daily operations. The new pledge's release date is set for December 1, 2025.
