Zhongtai Securities unveils domicile change, guarantees, and capital raise

Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd. announced on December 2, 2025, that its board approved a change of domicile and an amendment to its articles of association. The company's new headquarters will be located at "Building 3, Zone 5, Hanyu Financial Business Center, 7000 Jingshi Road, High-tech Zone, Jinan," replacing its previous address at 86 Jingqi Road, Lixia District, Jinan. This change is subject to regulatory approval and shareholder consent.

Concurrently, Zhongtai Securities projected its 2026 external guarantees, totaling up to yuan 11.5 bn for financing-related guarantees and $1 bn for non-financing related guarantees for its subsidiaries, including Zhongtai International and Qilu Zhongtai Property. As of the announcement date, the company's outstanding guarantees to its controlled subsidiaries amount to yuan 5.72 bn.

The company also successfully completed a private placement, raising a net total of yuan 5,919,388,015.69 by issuing 996,677,740 shares at yuan 6.02 per share. These funds will be allocated to IT and compliance, wealth management, market-making, and debt repayment.
