Willfar Information Technology secures multiple grid technology contracts

Willfar Information Technology (SSE:688100) has disclosed successful bids for multiple projects in November 2025, with a cumulative contract value of 65.33 million yuan. The company secured a contract from State Grid Corporation of China for 33.35 million yuan for metering equipment. Concurrently, it won a bid from State Grid Henan Electric Power Company for 17.11 million yuan for distribution network materials and communication units.

Additionally, Willfar Information Technology secured a contract with China Southern Power Grid Technology Co., Ltd. for 14.87 million yuan, supplying dual-mode communication module dedicated chips for electricity information collection. These projects represent 2.38% of the company’s audited operating income for 2024.

The company has cautioned that while these projects have completed the bidding process, formal contracts are yet to be signed, introducing an element of uncertainty. The actual impact on 2025 performance will depend on specific delivery schedules and on-site construction progress. Investors are advised to exercise caution due to potential unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that could affect contract performance.
