Ningbo Zhoushan Port director resigns as production grows

Ningbo Zhoushan Port Company Limited announced on December 3, 2025, that its board received a written resignation from Yao Zuhong on December 1, 2025. Yao resigned as company director and deputy general manager due to work reasons, also stepping down from the board's strategic committee and ESG committee. He will no longer hold any positions within the company. The company confirmed his departure will not impact the board's legal operations or the company's normal business development. He holds no company shares or unfulfilled public commitments.

Separately, Ningbo Zhoushan Port reported strong production data for November 2025. The company expects to have handled 4.49m TEUs in container throughput, marking a 10.8% year-on-year increase. Additionally, cargo throughput is projected to reach 99.70m tonnes, representing a 7.8% increase compared to the previous year.

The company noted that the November 2025 business data are preliminary rapid statistics and may differ from final actual figures.
