Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation schedules meeting for board reshuffle

Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. is set to hold its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 10, 2025, at 14:00 at the Hongdu Aviation City Conference Center. The meeting will address key changes to the company's board of directors.

The primary agenda item is the deliberation and approval of a proposal concerning the change of company directors. Mr. Cao Chun will step down from his roles as director, member of the board's specialized committees, and general manager due to age but will continue as a company consultant. Ms. Kang Yinglei will also resign from her positions as director and member of the board's specialized committees due to work adjustments. The company expressed gratitude to both for their dedicated service.

To fill these vacancies, controlling shareholder China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation has nominated Mr. Zhou Jiqiang and Mr. Zhang Xiao as non-independent director candidates for the eighth board of directors. Mr. Zhou Jiqiang, born in November 1973, is currently the company’s general manager. Mr. Zhang Xiao, born in September 1988, is currently a senior business manager in the planning and investment department of China Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Their terms will commence upon approval by the shareholders' meeting and will run until the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term.
