Air China's share capital stable in November

China National Aviation Corporation Limited, operating as Air China, reported no changes in its issued or registered share capital for the month ending November 30, 2025. The company's monthly return, filed on December 1, 2025, shows that the total number of issued H-shares remained at 4,955,610,672, with the registered share capital also unchanged at RMB 4,955,610,672. These H-shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Similarly, Air China's A-shares, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, also experienced no movement in their issued share capital during the reporting period. The issued A-shares stood at 12,492,810,328, maintaining the registered share capital at RMB 12,492,810,328.

The total registered share capital for Air China at the end of November 2025 remains RMB 17,448,421,000, reflecting the sum of both its H and A share classes. The report confirms no increase or decrease in either class of shares, nor any changes in treasury shares.
