KingClean Electric commits 20m yuan to Goldentang venture capital fund

KingClean Electric Co. Ltd. (Lexy Electric) announced its participation as a limited partner in the Goldentang Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), investing 20m yuan of its own funds. This contribution represents 62.4025% of the partnership's total committed capital, which is planned to be 32.05m yuan. The investment aims to leverage professional expertise to identify emerging industry opportunities and diversify the company's investment channels.

The partnership, managed by Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Equity Fund Management Co. Ltd., will primarily engage in equity investments, specifically targeting Shenzhen Clouded Leopard Intelligent Co. Ltd. or its future listed entity. This transaction is not considered a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring and does not require board or shareholder approval.

However, the investment carries risks, including a long investment cycle, potential investment failure, and illiquidity, as the fund focuses on a single investment target. Lexy Electric's liability as a limited partner is capped at its committed investment amount of 20m yuan. The fund's establishment is still subject to commercial registration and filing with the Asset Management Association of China.
