Huatai Futures names Zhou Erli as new general manager

Huatai Futures Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., approved a change in its general manager at its eighth meeting of the sixth board of directors recently. Mr. Zhou Erli has been appointed as the new general manager for Huatai Futures.

This appointment marks a change in leadership as Mr. Zhao Changtao, who previously served as both the chairman and general manager of Huatai Futures, will no longer concurrently hold the position of general manager.

The announcement was made by the board of directors of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. on December 2, 2025.
