Zhengzhou Coal & Electric announces new signing accountant for 2025 audit

Zhengzhou Coal Industry & Electric Power Co., Ltd. announced a change in its signing certified public accountant for the 2025 financial year. The company's board had approved the continued engagement of Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the auditor.

Lixin Certified Public Accountants recently issued a letter regarding the change. Initially, Mr. Li Han was designated as the project signing certified public accountant. However, due to work adjustments, Mr. Liu Yibing has been appointed to take over Mr. Li Han's responsibilities to provide audit services to the company.

Mr. Liu Yibing obtained his Chinese CPA qualification in 2022 and began auditing listed companies in 2020, joining Lixin in 2022. He served as the signing accountant for Chengfa Environment Co., Ltd. in 2024. The company confirmed that Mr. Liu Yibing has no disciplinary records or independence concerns and that this change will not affect the 2025 financial report or internal control audit work.
