Yunnan Jinggu Forestry announces new board secretary and CFO

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Xiang Liangbao from his positions as board secretary and chief financial officer due to a work adjustment. Mr. Xiang’s resignation is effective immediately, and he will continue to serve the company in other capacities. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following Mr. Xiang's resignation, the company has appointed Ms. Chen Xuying as the new board secretary and Ms. Zhao Longtianjiao as the new chief financial officer. Ms. Chen, born in 1995, holds an MBA and possesses the necessary qualifications from the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. She previously worked in the securities departments of several listed companies and joined Yunnan Jinggu Forestry in 2025 as a securities representative. Ms. Zhao, born in 1988, is a certified public accountant and international certified internal auditor, with prior experience as an audit manager at Ernst & Young Hua Ming. She joined the company in 2024.

Both appointments were approved during the company's ninth extraordinary meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors held on November 28, 2025. Their terms of office commenced upon approval and will run until the expiration of the Ninth Board of Directors' term. The company confirmed that both new appointees meet the required qualifications for their respective roles.
