AECC Aviation Power unit guarantees loan for wholly-owned entity

AECC Aviation Power announced that its subsidiary, AECC Guizhou Liyang Aero Engine Co., Ltd. (Liyang Power), provided a guarantee of 10 million yuan for a working capital loan to AECC Guizhou Aero Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Guidong Company). Guidong Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liyang Power, secured the one-year loan for operational development. The guarantee's total amount is 10 million yuan, with a guarantee period of three years from the maturity date of the debt. This transaction includes a counter-guarantee from Guidong Company.

As of the announcement date, the total actual guarantees provided by Liyang Power, a subsidiary of AECC Aviation Power, reached 91 million yuan. This amount represents 0.23% of the company's latest audited net assets. The guarantee was part of an approved quota of 121 million yuan for wholly-owned subsidiaries in 2025. AECC Aviation Power has not provided guarantees for its holding subsidiaries, controlling shareholders, or their related parties, and there are no overdue guarantees.
