Star Lake Bioscience schedules EGM for new director election

Guangdong Zhaoqing Star Lake Bioscience Co., Ltd. has announced its Third Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025, scheduled for December 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held at T8 Building Conference Room, 30 Kaitai Avenue, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.

The primary agenda item is the election of a new non-independent director. The company's former director, Ying Jun, resigned due to work adjustments. Following a recommendation from controlling shareholder Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Yuan Jing has been nominated as a candidate for non-independent director for the eleventh session of the Board of Directors. Ms. Yuan, born in January 1980, holds a master's degree and is a senior economist, Australian Certified Public Accountant, and Senior International Financial Management Professional. She currently serves as a director at Guangdong Yuexin Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Guangxin Hong Kong Investment Co., Ltd., and is an external practical instructor at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. She does not hold any shares in Star Lake Bioscience and has no affiliated relationships with its controlling or other major shareholders.
