Shanghai Tunnel Engineering REITs application accepted by regulators

Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co. announced its public infrastructure REITs application, managed by Shanghai Orient Securities Asset Management Co., was officially accepted on November 25, 2025. This application, for the "Dongfang Hong Tunnel Shares Intelligent Operation and Maintenance High-Speed Closed Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund," has been submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange for registration and listing.
