Luenmei Quantum's controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Luenmei Quantum Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Luenmei New Energy Co., Ltd., which holds 1,198,817,284 shares (52.98% of total share capital), has adjusted its share pledges. On November 25, 2025, Luenmei New Energy pledged 129,680,000 shares. The following day, November 26, 2025, it released 162,680,000 shares from pledge. All transactions were handled by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd.

Following these transactions, Luenmei New Energy's cumulative pledged shares now total 466,780,000 shares, representing 38.94% of its total holdings. Luenmei New Energy and its concerted party, Luenmei Group Co., Ltd., collectively hold 1,588,777,742 shares, or 70.21% of Luenmei Quantum's total issued shares.

The combined pledged shares of Luenmei New Energy and Luenmei Group now stand at 617,980,000 shares, accounting for 27.31% of Luenmei Quantum's total share capital and 38.90% of their combined holdings. The company stated that Luenmei New Energy's credit status remains good, and the pledge risk is manageable, with no impact on the company’s actual control, operations, or governance. Should any liquidation risk arise, Luenmei New Energy will address it through measures like supplementary pledges or early repurchase.
