Huaxin Cement declares Q3 2025 cash dividend

Huaxin Cement Group announced a cash dividend of CNY 0.34 per share (including tax) for its A-share holders for the first three quarters of 2025. The equity registration date for this distribution is December 3, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for December 4, 2025.

The distribution will be based on the company's total share capital of 2,078,995,649 shares as of November 27, 2025, after deducting shares held in the company's buyback dedicated securities account. Shares held in the buyback account, totaling 2,578,000 A-shares, will not participate in this profit distribution.

For A-share natural person shareholders and investment funds, no individual income tax will be withheld initially, with actual tax based on holding period upon transfer. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and investors will have a 10% enterprise income tax withheld, resulting in a net cash dividend of CNY 0.306 per share.
