Dazhong Public Utilities' controlling shareholder unpledges significant A shares

Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Dazhong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. ("Dazhong Asset Management"), has unpledged 60 million A shares. This transaction represents 11.15% of Dazhong Asset Management's total holdings and 2.03% of the company's total share capital. The unpledging occurred on November 26, 2025.

Prior to this release, Dazhong Asset Management held a total of 538,321,859 shares, comprising 495,143,859 A shares and 43,178,000 H shares, accounting for 18.23% of the company's total share capital. Following the unpledging, Dazhong Asset Management's remaining pledged A shares amount to 180 million shares.

This remaining pledged amount constitutes 33.44% of Dazhong Asset Management's total shareholding and 6.10% of the company's total share capital. Dazhong Asset Management will assess future funding needs to determine if further pledges are required and will ensure timely disclosure of any subsequent pledging activities.
