Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank elects new employee director Liu Zhaobin

Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. held the seventh meeting of its Fourth Session of the Union Member (Employee) Representative Assembly on November 24, 2025. During this meeting, Liu Zhaobin was elected as an employee director for the bank's seventh board of directors. His qualification for the directorship will become effective upon approval by the Wuxi Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. His term will run from the date of approval by the regulatory authority until the expiration of the seventh board of directors' term. The bank assures that Liu Zhaobin meets the qualifications and conditions for an employee director as stipulated in the "Company Law" and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the bank's "Articles of Association."

Liu Zhaobin, born in July 1978, holds Chinese nationality and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He possesses a bachelor's degree, a university degree, and an economist professional title. His professional background includes various roles within rural credit cooperatives and banks in Wuxi and Jiangsu, such as a teller at Wuxi City and Suburb Rural Credit Cooperative United Society Bashshi Credit Union, chief accountant at Jiangsu Xizhou Rural Commercial Bank Zhangjing Branch and Chaqiao Branch, and chief accountant and deputy head at Yangjian Branch. He also served as deputy head at Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank Yangjian Branch, deputy head at Gangxia Branch, and deputy head (presiding over work) at Dangkou Branch.

Furthermore, Liu Zhaobin held positions as deputy general manager (presiding over work) and general manager of the Operations Management Department, director of the New District Branch, and employee supervisor of Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank.
