BBMG announces new executive and board appointments

BBMG Corporation held its Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 25, 2025. Shareholders approved new board and independent director appointments, electing Zhao Xinjun as a director and Yin Yuanping as an independent director. The resolutions passed with substantial majorities.

Concurrently, the Seventh Board of Directors held its Seventeenth Meeting on November 25, 2025. The board appointed Huang Wenge as the company's chief auditor and Huang Qian as the chief legal counsel, with their terms aligning with the seventh board. Huang Wenge, born in September 1972, holds a Master's in Business Administration and has extensive experience in finance and auditing within BBMG. Huang Qian, born in December 1988, holds a Master's in Law and has served in various legal roles within the company.

These appointments follow the resignation of Liu Yu as chief legal counsel, effective November 25, 2025, due to work changes. Liu will continue to serve as the deputy general manager. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions.
