Ningbo Sanxing medical subsidiary poised for State Grid contract

Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo AUX Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has been recommended as a pre-qualified bidder in State Grid Corporation of China's 2025 Northeast Region second joint procurement. This involves overhead insulated wires, 10kV transformers, and 10kV pole-mounted transformer packages, with an estimated pre-bid amount of approximately CNY 106,599,300.

The pre-win involves AUX Intelligent Technology being a candidate for 10kV oil-immersed transformers with silicon steel sheets, amorphous alloy transformer packages, and silicon steel sheet wound core transformer packages. The contract’s delivery timeline will be determined upon final agreement.

While this pre-win is expected to positively impact Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric's operating performance, the company cautions that it has not yet received an official notification of award. Investors are advised to exercise caution due to uncertainties regarding final contract terms and impact on performance.
