Inmyshow Digital Technology boosts subsidiaries with new guarantees, utilizes idle funds

Inmyshow Digital Technology Group (SSE:600556) has provided guarantees totaling CNY 40,000 million to its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Beijing Inmyshow Advertising Co., Ltd. and Inmyshow Advertising Co., Ltd., for their bank credit applications. Each subsidiary received a CNY 20,000 million guarantee. These guarantees are within the scope of the 2025 annual external guarantee quota approved by the board and shareholders.

The group's total external guarantees, including these new provisions, amount to CNY 133,923.97 million, representing 34.97% of its latest audited net assets. Concurrently, Inmyshow Digital Technology Group plans to temporarily use up to CNY 80,000 million of idle raised funds to supplement working capital for a period not exceeding 12 months. This follows a previous use of CNY 70,000 million of idle funds, which was fully returned on November 18, 2025.

These actions, approved by the board on November 25, 2025, are intended to meet operational demands, optimize capital efficiency, and support the normal business development of its subsidiaries without impacting the progress of existing fundraising projects.
