ICBC non-executive director Lu Yongzhen resigns after term expiration

Lu Yongzhen, a non-executive director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), has resigned from his position due to the expiration of his term. The announcement was made via an official notice on November 25, 2025.

Effective from the announcement date, Lu will no longer hold the position of non-executive director, nor will he serve on the board's Strategy Committee, Risk Management Committee, Remuneration Committee, or the US Regional Institutions Risk Committee. Lu confirmed he holds no dissenting opinions with the board and there are no matters related to his resignation requiring notification to the bank's shareholders and creditors.
