Ganyue Expressway announces director resignation, Q3 earnings call

Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway (SSE:600269) announced the resignation of Mr. Hu Wei as an independent director and from related committee roles, effective November 25, 2025. His departure, attributed to personal work arrangements and time constraints, will reduce the independent director count below the required one-third of the board.
