China Avionics Systems declares Q3 2025 cash dividend

China Avionics Systems Co., Ltd. (600372) has announced a cash dividend of CNY 0.022 (tax inclusive) per share for the first three quarters of 2025. The equity registration date for A-shares is December 3, 2025, with the ex-dividend and cash dividend distribution date set for December 4, 2025. This distribution was approved by the company's eighth board of directors and is based on the total share capital, excluding shares held in the company's buyback-specific securities account.

The distribution will be based on a total of 4,825,892,230 shares, following the deduction of 13,004,400 shares in the buyback account from the total share capital of 4,838,896,630 shares. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to CNY 106,169,629.06. Individual shareholders and investment funds with a holding period exceeding one year will be exempt from personal income tax on dividends, with varying tax treatments for shorter holding periods.

For Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong market investors through Shanghai Stock Connect, a 10% withholding tax will apply, resulting in a net cash dividend of CNY 0.0198 per share. Certain domestic shareholders will receive their dividends directly from China Avionics Systems.
