CITIC Securities subsidiary issues notes, renews CITIC Group agreements

CITIC Securities' indirect subsidiary, CSI MTN Limited, has issued three tranches of medium-term notes totaling HK$394 million and $5 million under its existing program. This issuance is fully guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities. The total outstanding principal of notes under this program now amounts to $2.685 billion.

Concurrently, CITIC Securities is renewing its framework agreements for ordinary and continuous connected transactions with CITIC Group, including agreements for securities and financial product transactions, comprehensive services, and property leasing, for the 2026-2028 fiscal years. These transactions are subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Zhang Lin, a non-executive director, has resigned due to work reallocation, effective upon the election of a new non-executive director. Mr. Zhang will not hold any other positions within CITIC Securities or its controlled subsidiaries following his resignation.
