Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd. has provided significant guarantees for its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, with the total outstanding guarantee amount reaching 2,527,650,700 yuan (including the current guarantees). These guarantees are primarily for financing applications from financial institutions, with 429,500,000 yuan in new guarantees reported in this announcement. The company's total external guarantee balance as of the announcement date is 19,851,295,700 yuan, representing 125.06% of its net assets as of the latest audited period, with no overdue external guarantees.

The guarantees are extended to multiple entities, including Red An Jinko Power, Delingha Ruiqida Photovoltaic Power Generation, Huoqiu Jinko Power, and Jiahe Jinko Power, among others, for various project financing and operational needs. The provided guarantees, which include both joint liability and equity pledge guarantees, are within the scope of the company's approved 2025 annual guarantee plan. The board of directors assesses that the overall risk is controllable given that all guaranteed parties are within the company’s consolidated financial statements.

Specific guarantee amounts include 128,000,000 yuan for Red An Jinko Power and 900,000,000 yuan for Delingha Ruiqida Photovoltaic Power Generation for fixed asset loans. Additionally, 110,000,000 yuan is provided for Huoqiu Jinko Power’s project financing. The company also confirmed an extension of a performance guarantee totaling approximately $24,803,300 for Tanweer Qewa Energy.
