Cybrid Technologies names new employee representative director

Suzhou Cybrid Technologies Co., Ltd. announced a change to its board of directors, with Chen Hao resigning as a director. His resignation, effective November 21, 2025, occurs ahead of his original term's expiry in June 2026. The company stated that Chen's departure is due to adjustments in corporate governance structure and personal reasons. His resignation will not impact the board's minimum member requirement or the company's normal operations. Chen will not continue to serve with the listed company or its controlling subsidiaries, and has no unfulfilled public commitments.

In response to the vacancy, the company's employee representative assembly, held on November 21, 2025, elected Deng Jianbo as the new employee representative director. Deng, born in November 1983, holds a bachelor's degree and has a long history with Cybrid Technologies, having served as r&d director since May 2017 and deputy cto. He was also the chairman of the supervisory board from May 2017 to November 2025.

Deng Jianbo does not hold any company shares and has no association with the controlling shareholder, actual controller, or other directors and senior management. His appointment to the third board of directors is effective immediately and will continue until the current board's term expires. The company confirms that the number of directors concurrently serving as senior management and employee representatives does not exceed half of the total board members, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
