China Pacific Insurance appoints Zhou Liyun as employee representative director

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. recently held an employee representative conference where Zhou Liyun was elected as an employee representative director for the company's tenth board of directors. Her term will run until the expiration of the tenth board's tenure.

Zhou Liyun's appointment to the board is contingent upon the approval of the "Articles of Association of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd." by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, which is expected to be reviewed at the company's first extraordinary general meeting in 2025, and her subsequent qualification approval by the same regulatory body. The announcement was made on November 22, 2025.

Zhou Liyun, born in September 1974, currently serves as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman of the Supervisory Board, employee representative supervisor, chairman of the Labor Union, principal of the Party School, and secretary of the Direct Party Committee at China Pacific Insurance Group.

Her professional background includes roles such as deputy director of the Shanghai Human Resources Business Acceptance and Consulting Center, general manager of the Organization and Human Resources Department at Shanghai Urban Construction Investment and Development Corporation, deputy general manager of Shanghai Chengtou Water Group Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager of Shanghai Chengtou Group Co., Ltd. Zhou holds a master's degree and the title of political engineer.
