Zhuzhou Smelter Group adjusts 2025 related party transactions, names new chairman

Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd. has proposed adjustments to its 2025 annual related party transaction forecasts, citing production and operational needs. The company plans to increase related party purchases by 1,000,000,000 yuan and related party sales by 150,000,000 yuan. Specifically, projected purchases from Minmetals Copper (Hunan) Co., Ltd. for anode mud and other raw materials will increase by 900,000,000 yuan, bringing the total to 3,569,000,000 yuan. Purchases from Hengyang Shuikoushan Jinxin Lead Co., Ltd. for anode mud and other raw materials will increase by 100,000,000 yuan, for a new total of 969,780,000 yuan. Additionally, sales to Minmetals Copper (Hunan) Co., Ltd. of gold and copper concentrates are set to increase by 150,000,000 yuan, reaching a total of 978,000,000 yuan.

The adjustments reflect the company's strategic development and operational requirements, fostering mutual benefits and resource allocation to enhance market competitiveness. In other news, Liu Langming has resigned as chairman and director due to work changes. The board's nomination committee has proposed Mr. Peng Shuguang as a new director candidate, whose election will be put to a shareholder vote. Mr. Peng Shuguang, born in October 1972, holds a master's degree in business administration and has extensive experience within the Minmetals group, most recently serving as chairman and party secretary of Minmetals Copper (Hunan) Co., Ltd.
