Transsion Holdings announces change in sponsor representatives

Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. announced a change in its continuous supervision sponsor representatives, as detailed in a letter from CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. CITIC Securities, as the company's sponsor for its initial public offering and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, completed its continuous supervision period on December 31, 2022. However, due to unspent raised funds after this deadline, CITIC Securities continues to fulfill its continuous supervision obligations related to these funds.

Initially, the project's continuous supervision sponsor representatives were Mr. Zhou Peng and Mr. Xiao Shaochun. Mr. Xiao Shaochun is no longer serving as a continuous supervision sponsor representative due to a change in his work responsibilities. To ensure the orderly continuation of the supervision work, CITIC Securities has appointed Mr. Cao Wenwei to replace Mr. Xiao Shaochun. Mr. Cao Wenwei, with a master's degree, has been with CITIC Securities since 2016 and has extensive experience in investment banking, having worked on numerous IPO, private placement, and financial advisory projects.

Following this change, the company's continuous supervision sponsor representatives will be Mr. Zhou Peng and Mr. Cao Wenwei. The board of directors expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Xiao Shaochun for his contributions during his tenure as a sponsor representative.
