Longi Green Energy chairman completes share increase plan

Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced today the successful completion of its chairman Zhong Baoshen's share increase plan. From November 26, 2024, to November 21, 2025, Zhong acquired 6,131,900 shares of the company's stock through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing 0.08% of the company's total share capital. The total value of these acquisitions amounted to 100,693,100 yuan, exceeding the initial target of not less than 100 million yuan.

Prior to the implementation of this plan, chairman Zhong held 104,648,106 shares, or 1.38% of the total share capital. Following the completion of the share increase plan, his total holdings now stand at 110,780,006 shares, representing 1.46% of the company’s total share capital. The plan was initiated due to confidence in the company's sustained development and long-term investment value, aimed at safeguarding shareholder interests and bolstering investor confidence.

The company stated that this share increase does not trigger a tender offer, will not alter the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will not impact the company's governance structure or ongoing operations. Longi Green Energy will continue to monitor shareholding developments and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant regulations.
