Jilin Quanyangquan subsidiary secures major China Southern Airlines water supply deal

Jilin Quanyangquan announced that its controlled subsidiary, Jilin Sen Gong Group Quanyangquan Beverage Co., Ltd., has officially signed a "China Southern Airlines In-flight Drinking Water and In-flight Supply Agreement" with Guangzhou Nan Lian Aviation Food Co., Ltd. This follows the November 5, 2025, disclosure regarding the Beverage Company winning the bid for the Nan Lian 2025 in-flight drinking water centralized procurement project.

The total value of the newly signed agreement is CNY 147,786,681.40, with a validity period of three years. Jilin Quanyangquan expects the agreement to boost its business development, enhance competitiveness and influence, and positively impact operating performance as revenue is recognized progressively with contract fulfillment. The company also clarified that the agreement's execution will not affect the independence of its operations nor create reliance on the counterparty.

However, the company noted potential risks during the agreement's performance, including uncertainty in profitability due to possible increases in raw material prices and transportation costs. Furthermore, unforeseen factors such as policy changes, market fluctuations, environmental conditions, or force majeure events could affect the timely or full execution of the contract, introducing a degree of uncertainty.
