Hongdu Aviation to reshuffle board and management

Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry will convene its second extraordinary general meeting on December 10, 2025, to consider proposed changes to its board of directors. The meeting, allowing for both in-person and online voting, will address the appointment of Zhou Jiqiang and Zhang Xiao as new non-independent directors, following nominations from the controlling shareholder.

These board changes will also lead to adjustments in the company's specialized committees. Zhou Jiqiang and Zhang Xiao, once elected, will assume roles on the strategic committee, and Zhou Jiqiang will also join the remuneration and appraisal committee. These changes were approved by the board on November 20, 2025, and are effective upon shareholder approval.

In addition to the board changes, Hongdu Aviation has appointed Zhou Jiqiang as general manager and Hu Yuqing as deputy general manager, with their terms commencing immediately. These appointments are part of an ongoing management restructuring. Kang Yinglei, a former director, has committed to remitting all future proceeds from her 20,000 shares to the company, as detailed in a separate regulatory announcement.
