Hongdu Aviation appoints new general manager, directors

Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. recently announced a series of leadership changes, including the appointment of new directors and senior management. The company received a recommendation from its controlling shareholder, China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation, to appoint Zhou Jiliang as a director and general manager, replacing Cao Chun. Zhang Xiaoming has also been recommended as a director, taking over from Kang Yingying. These changes were approved during the seventh ad hoc meeting of the company's eighth board of directors on November 20, 2025, and are pending shareholder approval.

Cao Chun will transition to an advisory role, assisting the management team with strategic development, standardized operations, and internal controls. Kang Yingying will not hold any further positions within the company and has pledged to remit to the company all future proceeds from the sale of her 20,000 shares, as detailed in a separate announcement.

The board also approved the appointment of Zhou Jiliang as general manager and Hu Yuqing as deputy general manager, with their terms effective from the board meeting date until the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term. These leadership transitions aim to ensure the continued smooth operation and strategic direction of Hongdu Aviation.
