Weaver Network to host Q3 earnings briefing, announces auditor change

Weaver Network (SSE:603039) will hold its 2025 third-quarter earnings briefing on December 1, 2025, from 16:00 to 17:00. The online interactive session will take place via the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center. Investors can submit questions in advance from November 24 to November 28, 2025, through the Roadshow Center website or by emailing weaver@weaver.com.cn. The company's chairman, general manager, board secretary, CFO, and independent director are expected to attend.

Additionally, Weaver Network announced a change in its signing auditors for the 2025 financial year. Following an internal adjustment at Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), Ms. Chen Lingling will replace Mr. Zhou Lixin as a signing auditor, working alongside Mr. He Dan. This change, effective November 20, 2025, will not impact the company's 2025 financial report audit or internal control audit work.

Ms. Chen Lingling has been a certified public accountant since July 2014 and has worked at Tianjian Certified Public Accountants since then. She has no record of disciplinary actions, penalties, or integrity issues in her professional practice over the last three years.
