Shanghai Feilo Acoustics elects new chair, amends articles of association

Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co., Ltd. held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 20, 2025, where shareholders approved amendments to the company's articles of association. The resolution to revise the articles of association was passed with 99.9266% of votes in favor. Additionally, Liu Shuang was elected as a director to the 13th Board of Directors, securing 92.3090% of valid votes from the attending shareholders. The meeting saw 696 shareholders and proxies representing 1.69bn shares.

Concurrently, the 13th Board of Directors convened its eleventh meeting on November 20, 2025, electing Liu Shuang as the chairperson of the 13th Board of Directors with unanimous approval. The board also approved Liu Shuang's appointment as a member and chairperson of the company's 13th Board of Directors Strategy Committee.

Liu Shuang, born in 1974, holds a bachelor's degree and is an engineer. Her career includes leadership roles at Shanghai Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Power Station Group, and Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., specializing in information technology. She currently serves as deputy general manager of Shanghai Yidian (Group) Co., Ltd. and general manager of the Instrument and Meter Industry Development Department, in addition to her new role at Shanghai Feilo Acoustics.
