Jiangxi Copper announces 2025 half-year dividend, Q3 earnings call

Jiangxi Copper Company will implement a differential cash dividend distribution of CNY 0.40 per share for the first half of 2025. This plan, approved by the board and shareholders, excludes shares held in the company's dedicated buyback account, totaling 10,441,768 A-shares. The ex-dividend and cash dividend payment dates are both November 28, 2025, with the record date on November 27, 2025.

The total cash dividend will be CNY 825,922,254.80, calculated based on 2,064,805,637 shares. The ex-dividend reference price is determined by subtracting the adjusted cash dividend of CNY 0.3980 per share from the closing price. The impact on the A-share ex-dividend reference price is considered minor.

Additionally, Jiangxi Copper will host an explanatory meeting on November 26, 2025, from 16:00 to 17:00, via the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center to discuss its 2025 third-quarter results. Key company personnel, including the vice chairman and general manager, CFO, independent director, and board secretary, will attend. Investors are invited to submit questions in advance.
