AVIC Shenyang adjusts project timelines due to various factors

AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corp has extended the estimated completion dates for its Composite Materials Production Line Capacity Building Project and Titanium Alloy Production Line Capacity Building Project from January 2026 to December 2026. The Aircraft Maintenance Service Guarantee Capability Enhancement Project has also seen its completion date pushed from November 2025 to December 2027, with optimized construction content including upgrading core equipment.

These adjustments stem from various factors, including delays in industrial park land delivery, revised bidding processes for equipment, and the need to upgrade equipment to keep pace with rapidly evolving technology. The total planned investment and allocated fundraising for these projects remain unchanged.

The company's board of directors approved these changes on November 20, 2025, emphasizing that the adjustments are a prudent choice based on project realities and will not adversely affect the company's operations or shareholder interests. The total fundraising raised was 3,969,686,823.57 yuan.
